The Multivar 2000 represents the technological evolution in automatic transmission systems for scooters. Unlike traditional variators, the Multivar 2000 uses 19x15.5mm rollers that ensure smoother and more progressive gear shifting behaviour. The sliding ramps have been redesigned through computer simulations to optimise the complete transmission range, allowing maximum engine power exploitation in all operating conditions.

Materials and Construction

The fixed pulley is made of galvanised steel to withstand wear and high temperatures. Internal components are constructed with self-lubricating materials, eliminating the need for grease and drastically reducing maintenance. This technical solution enables cleaner operation and lower working temperatures.
