General Terms of Sale
MLMoto sells new and unused products, either directly or on behalf of third parties. All prices include VAT for sales within Italy and the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, prices are displayed excluding VAT.
Order confirmation emails will be sent both at the time of purchase and upon order processing. Registered users can monitor order processing and status through their account.
Online Orders
Ordering is simple and requires only a few clicks. The sales contract between Motogm and the customer is considered concluded once the customer accepts these terms and conditions. The order is confirmed when the “Confirm Order” button is clicked at the end of the checkout process.
Shipping Methods
MLMoto ships throughout Italy, Europe, and worldwide. We use SDA for Italy, Cronoeuropa for Europe (excluding Switzerland), and UPS/Poste for the rest of the world.
Carriers may vary depending on operational needs or seasonal factors. It is not possible to request a specific courier unless explicitly stated on the website.
Shipping Times
Estimated processing times are indicated on each product page and represent average preparation times. Delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 24/48 hours
- Europe: 48/72 hours
- Rest of the world: 4–5 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Customers will be promptly informed of any delays.
Orders for items in stock placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day, although tracking information may be provided on the same day.
Payment Methods
MLMoto accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Secure payment via Cartasi. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
- Bank Transfer: Bank details are sent via email after order placement. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 72 hours, the order will be canceled.
- PayPal / PayPal Pay in 3: Choose PayPal at checkout and, if available, split your payment into 3 installments at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return any purchased item, even partially, within 14 days from delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging in like-new condition. In the case of kits, all items must be returned; otherwise, the value of missing items will be deducted.
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, a bank account will be required for the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable shipping costs may also be deducted.
If returned items are damaged, used, or incomplete, MLMoto reserves the right to refuse the refund and return the item to the customer at their expense.
Refunds are generally processed within 14 days.
Warranty
All products sold by MLMoto are covered by a 24-month warranty in accordance with applicable legislation and are reserved for private consumers.
In the event of a lack of conformity, Motogm will send the product to the manufacturer for repair or, if not possible, replacement.
